returns & exchanges

all lavenderbee products are final sale and cannot be returned unless:

• the item arrived damaged during transit, or
• there is a significant defect beyond minor cosmetic variations.

please remember: our artisans and trays are handmade in a small home studio. minor imperfections (like small bubbles, slight variations in color, or tiny surface marks) are normal and part of the handmade process.

cancellations & order changes

• if you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us before it ships.
• once an order is marked as “shipped,” it has already been packed and no changes can be made.

✨ tip: if you’re ordering for a time-sensitive occasion (gift, event, etc.), we recommend placing your order early to allow for both processing and shipping time, especially for international deliveries.
