all lavenderbee products are final sale and cannot be returned with the exception of products delivered damaged or defected. please note that all artisan and trays are individually handmade/ printed in our small home studio, therefore minor cosmetic defects may be present. in the case that your product arrived damaged during transit or has a major quality issue, please reach out to lavenderbeecaps@gmail.com / dm @lavenderbeecaps on instagram. It will be helpful to have an image ready of your damaged package. we will be more than happy to help you with an exchange/ replacement. 

cancellations:

if you end up changing your mind or need to make any changes to your order, we will be able to help you as long as your order has not been shipped. if your order has already been marked as shipped, it has already been packed up and no edits can be made.
