• artisan keycaps: ship within 7 business days.
• stickers: ship within 3 business days.
• made-to-order items (e.g., artisan trays, displays): may take up to 10 business days to ship.

we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible! please note that processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

shipping

• we ship worldwide from the usa 🌎
• usa orders: shipped via usps.
• international orders: usps handles the package while in the usa, then your local postal service takes over once it arrives in your country.

free shipping:

• usa orders over $200 usd
• international orders over $250 usd
  (automatically applied at checkout)

tracking

• artisans & trays: full tracking information provided. you’ll receive a tracking email sent to the same email you used at checkout.
• stickers: sent with postage stamps and do not include tracking.

taxes & customs fees

• buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
• please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected costs or delays.

returns & exchanges

all lavenderbee products are final sale and cannot be returned unless:

• the item arrived damaged during transit, or
• there is a significant defect beyond minor cosmetic variations.

please remember: our artisans and trays are handmade in a small home studio. minor imperfections (like small bubbles, slight variations in color, or tiny surface marks) are normal and part of the handmade process.

cancellations & order changes

• if you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us before it ships.
• once an order is marked as “shipped,” it has already been packed and no changes can be made.

✨ tip: if you’re ordering for a time-sensitive occasion (gift, event, etc.), we recommend placing your order early to allow for both processing and shipping time, especially for international deliveries.
