when are new artisans released?
i release new keycaps in monthly drops on my website (lavenderbeecaps.com). exact dates are announced ahead of time on instagram and ⁠discord. drops are always first come, first serve. each month features different lbc sculpts in up to 3 unique colorways.

what switches do your keycaps fit?
all of my keycaps are compatible with standard cherry mx-style switches.

do you ever rerun colorways?
sometimes! i love hearing your feedback and requests, especially in ⁠my discord server. if there’s a lot of community interest in a past design, i may bring it back for a limited rerun. that said, i usually prefer exploring new creative directions, so reruns don’t happen often. they depend on demand, timing, and whether the design still fits with my current creative direction. if there’s something you’d like to see return, the best way to let me know is by sharing your thoughts!

do you accept custom orders or commissions?
not at this time. creating a brand new sculpt from scratch can take weeks or months, so one-off customs aren’t feasible. however, i’m always open to suggestions for new ideas or colorways! if a design gets enough interest, i may turn it into a group sale. 

do you ship internationally?
yes, i ship worldwide! shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. please note that international buyers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

what materials do you use?
all keycaps are handmade with high-quality urethane resin and specialized pigments. every piece is individually cast, so slight differences in glitter placement, color mixing, or finish are normal and part of the handmade charm.

what are b-grade keycaps?
b-grade keycaps have small cosmetic imperfections such as tiny bubbles, dust specks, or uneven pigment. these flaws are minor and don’t affect usability. b-grades are discounted (usually $5–$15 usd off depending on the severity of the flaw) and are listed in the shop or sold at in-person markets when available.

do you offer returns or refunds?
all sales are final since every artisan is handmade in small batches. if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out on discord or instagram — i’ll do my best to help.

what is the osume affiliate offer?
i’m partnered with osumekeys and sometimes host raffles for earlybird passes during high-demand drops. to enter, place a $90+ usd order on osume’s website using my affiliate link + code:
